Peter commenced his career in 1989. He joined this firm in 1997 as an Associate and formed MPM in 2003.
Specialising in Corporate Restructure, Capital Gains Tax, and Superannuation, Peter helps large and small clients extract value from their business. He understands business through every phase of the life cycle whether about to commence, grow, mature, phase out, or sell. Each phase has its own challenges.
Clients are mentored to grow and protect wealth from predators. Various tax concessions are available to give your business a competitive edge. Peter’s experience in tax and corporate law as well as his business management experience allows him to offer client’s management consulting and coaching as well as all traditional accounting services.
Peter also brings significant experience assisting clients with mediation on various matters that arise from time to time. Offering practical solutions and representation to achieve a commercial outcome beyond tax which encompasses legal, compliance, and proactive advisory.
